Default Mesmer/team build

Is this a good team build? I stole it from someone here, and put my own attributes and build int it. Or should I swap one of the mesmers for a healer?
Btw what would be a good skill for the empty slot? couldnt figure out myself.

I'd suggest you switch bar with the panic mesmer if you want to keep them.

1. You will be using a brain and use it on balls, a hero doesn't have a brain and just throw it on whatever you ping.

2. Heroes are better a rupting than human players (imo)

You don't know the player's ability to interrupt in PvE. I would prefer Psychic Instability to be on the human if the player is able to use it.

The Panic hero bar would likely run out of energy frequently.

I don't think you need that many resurrection skills.

Trow away some hard rezz. Add a little of healing/prots. Mop isn't that good if only minions can trigger it. Change your bar to something else(or simply swap your with the panic one).
Splinter is pointless too.

A PvE skill for the open slot, maybe Cry of Pain or Mindbender? I'd personally go with Technobabble for another condition and it works fine since you have decent minions. (spear important targets yourself if you're not trusting your minions but you've got enough shutdown anyway so youl be roflstomping one way or another anyway).

Ignore the above MoP is triggered just fine by a minion army since you're using sorta viable ones and not bombs.

Too many ressurection skills indeed.

Empathy and Backfire are wasted slots since the rest of all mesmers are concentrating on NOT having foes cast spells / attack so they are useless and eating too much energy too.

Splinter weapon doesn't work on minions afaik, swap it for Recovery.

The 2x Defile and 2x Desecrate, take them out and give both a copy of Well of Darkness (disable and micro, its easy really) and give them both Reckless haste. Youl have the ultimate shutdown team.

a SoS rit without any spawning power?

Also, i'd say you spread minion summons over your 3 discords to increase the pace in wich you can raise an army.

Good fuel for discord; Fragility + Fevered Dreams + Accumulated Pain + Shrinking Armor + Shatter Delusions

When you finish that combo on a single target, all foes in the area will be suffering from deep wound, cracked armor and dazed, and foes near your initial target will be hexed too, perfect targets for discord spikes.

The Nono's: MoP is a wasted slot, Ether Feast shouldn't have to be up there, Waste Not Want Not is not a reliable way of e-management (especially in HM where foes have a higher rate of attack), you don't have any hex or condition removal and no protting.

So, no, i don't think its a good team.

Consider removing the SoGM rit and add a monk to focus on protection, healing and the removal of hexes and conditions. You have enough damage from the discords and the inep mesmer.

Im running something along these lines, alternaught with 4 mesmers, me as rit and a more standard healing setup the three necros. Works nothing short of great. But I think it's better to just run the completely standard 3 discordway bars. (They provide enough healing and prot for any area in the game except DoA and UW @ 4 horsemen) let a hero go Psychic Instability (they do it f***ing awesome) and go ineptitude or panic yourself. Then clean up the ritualist bars (remove healing add spawning power) and go /mo on the mesmers and add in ressurection chant at them. Fast casting makes it completely overpowered.

Im still looking to replace the discordway though but havent been able to do it this far, not with anything that works better.

This is what I've been using since the 7 hero update, I've had no problems steamrolling through HM with it so far.

It looks like it might be overloaded with rupts, especially with a Panic, but they never struggle to find a target. Also "We Shall Return!" on the Panic is almost never used, so probably better to take Waste Not, Want Not instead, seeing how the Wastrel skills burn energy like hell, or you could just the Panic yourself.

Original build: u lack of healing.....totally u won't go far away with that team build. No hex removal, no anti spike skills..With that u don't play HM imo..

Original Build:

Get rid of Ether Feast. Psychic Instability would work, but I think PI's more mindless so its more suitable for the hero. Same as above, humans should run Panic. Also, not too sure about Chaos Storm.

Curse Necro might be too energy-heavy with Insidious Parasite.

Discord MM has Vampiric and Shambling Horrors. You will not be able to get any minion army past 4 minions with only those two skills even with spamming Blood of the Master (which AI don't use really well anyways). For both of the necromancers, Desecrate might not be the strongest choice.

Soothing Memories doesn't do anything but a weak heal if you aren't holding an item.

Panic Hero should be replaced with Psychic Instability IMO. Also, looks like it could have some energy problems with all those 10e/15e skills.

Spec 3 in Spawning Power for SoS Ritualist. I would suggest replacing Spirit Rift with Mend Body and Soul because Spirit Rift doesn't do great damage and the Cracked Armor doesn't do anything in this build.

You should also run Dissonance and Disenchantment for your SoGM ritualist. Boon of Creation is much better at e-managing than Signet of Creation.

Also, this build is lacking any sort of protection besides spirit+minion wall and only has subpar healing. You can't redbar your way through any hard mode mission with this. I suggest reworking those necro bars to add protection prayers or making SoGM a soul twisting, defensive ritualist.

The original build lacks defense and minions, there's also too many resses. Frag on your illusion mes is pointless, you only have 3 conditions in your team. You should also consider some PvE skills...
